The 16-Port Waterproof Fiber Access Terminal (FAT) is designed for FTTH last-mile networks, connecting feeder cables to subscriber drop cables while integrating fiber splicing, signal splitting, distribution, and cable management in a compact outdoor enclosure. Its pre-connectorized design supports direct connection, signal branching, and terminal access, making it ideal for MDUs, residential buildings, commercial facilities, and villas.
The enclosure features 2 cable inlets and 16 cable outlets, supporting up to 16 waterproof SC adapters, one 1×16 mini PLC splitter, and up to 32-core splicing. Made from high-quality, impact- and aging-resistant plastic, it provides reliable protection for fiber connections and terminations. The anti-theft lock and organized internal layout ensure added security and easy installation and maintenance.
With an IP65-rated design, the FAT supports both wall- and pole-mounted installation, providing flexible deployment for outdoor FTTH access networks.
